Intimacy Coaching for Women & Couples. My goal is to help you experience more pleasure by helping you connect your mind, body, and spirit through anatomical education, breath work, mindfulness, touch, movement, and empowerment and other modalities. Alternatively, this is a great option for women and partners navigating the hormonal challenges of perimenopause! Prior to our session you’ll receive a questionnaire on your specific area of interest so we can jump right in during our time together.
