Service Description

Reiki is an ancient technique that relaxes the mind and body in order to create space for healing. Reiki is safe for everyone and never causes harm because the intention is pure. My sessions include warm light touch or a gentle hovering on certain parts of your fully clothed body in a serene environment. I may incorporate aromatherapy, crystals, ambient music, sound instruments, and herbal tea if you choose to include them in your session. Before our session you’ll receive a questionnaire to help me get to know you and your needs and little better.
