REST is an person gathering in an intimate setting for up to 8 women in Henrico, VA.

From 4-6pm, on the very first day of fall, we’ll engage in meaningful conversation, move our bodies, then practice rest! Light refreshments and tea are always served as a complement to our gatherings.
